Trinity operates a world-class pyrophyllite mine in Newfoundland, Canada. With over 35 million tonnes in situ, Trinity’s pyrophyllite is one of the brightest aluminum silicate minerals in the world, with the chemistry of a kaolin and the high aspect ratio of a talc. Our deposit’s mineralogy reflects the highest brightness of any domestic or imported talc, and it is asbestos-free.
We have developed a zero-waste, chemical-free, clean technology process that provides a low carbon footprint and allows us the flexibility to engineer custom solutions. We provide precise control of performance properties to systemically achieve consistent quality for various industries globally.
Trinity owns 100% of Canada’s only premier talc replacement mine, backed by 10+ years of R&D. We have a structurally advantaged operation, with a strategic port facility located just 4km from our mine site, with direct water access to global markets
